Friendship Day

 My Friend

When you met me I was broken,

into the real world I had just woken.

But you smiled and held my hand,

and took me to a beautiful land.

There were times when we fought,

We said things without a thought,

but happiness is what we sought,

And that is what we got.

You are like a dream,

or that's what it may seam,

I worry it must not end,

I must not loose a friend.

My day you can mend,

just a message when you send,

I feel loved,

my friend, the beloved.

Hello everyone!!

Happy Friendship Day!! I may not know you, but while writing any blog I always picture my readers in my mind- like some friend I am talking to.

My blogs have never got many views, but I consider the few people who do read my blogs as my friends. So I wish YOU, my dear reader, a happy friendship day. Because without knowing, we have had a conversation that atleast I enjoyed.
